CE.BAR. is a real estate intermediation company founded in Vimodrone by the professionalism and the enthusiasm of Christian Cervi and Giuseppe Barbera who in 1993, after five years of experience in two big groups of the estate sector, decided to constitute an autonomous company which could represent in the market an important reference point, at disposal of all the citizens.

Beyond our activity of intermediation, which places us to the top of the market for professionalism and rigour in real estate evaluation, proposal and intermediation, we offer our experience as global consultants of the real estate market, helping our clients to manage the complexity of this sector and supporting them with our professional experience.
With the trust and help of two main notarial offices, we carry out all kind of controls on every real estate under transaction, guaranteeing a serene purchase.

Both partners are registered not only to the National Register of Intermediation Agents but also to the register of Experienced Agents of the MILANO Commerce Room, to be able to give further precision to our evaluations.

In 1995, we widened our services with the "Rental Management": on behalf of the owners we take care of the lease contract from the day of the signature on to every renewal, taking charge of the registration matters, of the taxes calculation and the ISTAT adjustments, of collecting the rent instalments, giving regular receipts.

The success and the necessity to meet our customers demands allowed us in 1998 to open a second office in Segrate and recently a third in Cassina de Pecchi, which is the first in Franchising, managed independently by Mr. Paolo Bellese, professionally grown at our company.
